Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
There are No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

Since Most items are made to order, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns so please make sure you are choosing the correct size. The only time you may return an item is if you receive an item that is damaged, please take pictures and contact us immediately within 2 days of receiving the item. If you are eligible, we can offer a store credit for the amount you paid for the item. This does not include the shipping cost you may have paid or the shipping cost to return the item (if applicable).  


Store Credit (if applicable)
If you receive a damaged item and are eligible for Store Credit we will send instructions on how to return the item (if applicable), depending on the item and the damage you may not be asked to return it. Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 
If you are approved, then we will send you a special coupon code in the amount of your item(s).


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may get store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot receive store credit. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing sale items.


Shipping on Returns (if Applicable) 
If asked to return your damaged item, you should mail your product to: The return address on the package unless told otherwise by us. Ensure you send a tracking number to our e-mail address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
